If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- For damaged or wrong products, we will replace or refund in full.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or wrong.
3. How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason.
- We will guide you with the return or exchange process.
Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
