1. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• For damaged or wrong products, we will replace or refund in full.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds go back to the same payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or wrong.

3. How to Return

• Contact us with your order number and reason.
• We will guide you with the return or exchange process.

Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
